Our experienced HVAC Installation Leads serve our customers throughout the Phoenix Valley area. We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. HVAC Installation Leads Compensation & Benefits

On Target Earnings: $70,000-150,000

HVAC Installation Leads Responsibilities

Service customer homes within the Phoenix metro
Install HVAC and ancillary systems in customer homes including:
- Furnaces
- A/C Systems
- Ductwork
- Humidifiers
Work alongside and coach HVAC Install Apprentices

HVAC Installation Leads Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience developing an Apprentice
Basic hand and power tools required to complete installation work
Experience with the start-up of multiple system types
EPA Type II Certification

HVAC Installation Leads Requirements

2 years of residential HVAC Installation experience
Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly over the course of the workday

Hours: 5:30 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday, Rotating Saturdays
